1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to Noxivo public pages, dashboard accounts, automation workflows, messaging operations, connected integrations, and related support interactions.

It is designed to clearly explain what data Noxivo collects, why we use it, how uploads and storage are handled, and how optional Google Drive connections are processed.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account, workspace, billing, support, and configuration information that you provide directly when you register, communicate with us, upload content, or connect services.

We may also collect technical and operational data such as logs, browser and device details, authentication activity, IP address, diagnostics, and usage telemetry used to protect and operate the platform.

  • Names, email addresses, organization details, and account settings
  • Workflow configuration, messaging history, attachments, and storage metadata
  • Support messages, onboarding details, and billing records
  • Security events, reliability telemetry, and abuse-prevention signals

3. How Noxivo uses information

We use collected information to operate the service, authenticate users, run automations, process uploads, maintain integrations, deliver support, secure the platform, and communicate essential service updates.

We do not sell customer data. We use service data only as necessary to provide and improve the product, maintain compliance, and protect customers and infrastructure.

4. Google account and Google Drive connections

If you connect Google services, Noxivo accesses only the data reasonably required to provide the feature you request, such as identity verification, listing selected Drive files or folders, importing documents, or storing files you intentionally send through the product.

Google user data is used only for user-facing functionality requested by the customer. Noxivo does not use data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine learning models.

Noxivo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Uploads, storage, and retention

Uploaded files, attachments, and related metadata may be stored with Noxivo or trusted infrastructure providers so product features, workflows, history, and recovery systems can function correctly.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, comply with law, and protect the integrity and security of the platform.

6. Sharing and subprocessors

We may share data with hosting, storage, payment, analytics, communication, and support providers that help us deliver the service. These providers process information only as needed to perform services for Noxivo.

We may also disclose information where legally required or where necessary to investigate fraud, protect rights or safety, or support a business transaction such as a merger or reorganization.

7. Security and customer responsibilities

Noxivo applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect customer information, including authentication controls, environment separation, monitoring, and operational access limits.

Customers remain responsible for securing credentials, integration tokens, and the lawfulness of the data they upload, automate, or transmit through the service.

7.1 Customer data processing agreements

For business customers, the customer-facing legal set includes the Terms of Service, SaaS License Agreement, Subscription Agreement, GDPR Data Processing Addendum, and End User License Agreement routes published from the dashboard legal content system.

If an order form or signed agreement conflicts with this public Privacy Policy, the signed agreement controls for that customer to the extent of the conflict.

8. Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of certain information, subject to applicable law and legitimate operational exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

Customers can also disconnect integrations, update workspace information, or contact Noxivo with privacy or data-protection questions.

9. Updates to this policy

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes, legal obligations, new integrations, or operational improvements. When we make material updates, we will revise the effective date on this page.

10. Contact Noxivo

For privacy questions, data requests, or legal notices, contact Noxivo through our public contact page. If you are an existing customer, you may also use the support channel or account contact listed in your workspace agreement.
